What time do I receive my orders?
Delivery time is 3 - 6 business days after validation of your
payment.
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be
shipped in separate packages. This means: Shipping times
(once the order is processed)
Domestic Shipping: 3 – 6 business days
Priority shipping: which is made the same day of the order
(as long as it is placed before 5:00 PM) and has an additional
cost on shipping, it only operates in major cities.
What is the shipping cost for orders placed at Romani?
The shipping cost is $199.00 throughout the Mexican Republic.
For Shipping Abroad the Cost is $299.00
We remind you that the shipping cost is FREE on purchases of
$1000 MXN or more.
What courier company do you use?

Can I pick up my order at the nearest Romani store?
At the moment the service is only home delivery by courier.
How can I pay for my orders?
You can pay with one of the following options:
PayPal
Payment Market.
OXXO
Note: Once your payment is verified, your order will be shipped within a few days.
Can I pay for my order upon receiving my purchase?
At the moment we do not have the COD service, which is why the order must be settled before shipping.
Can I pay for my orders in Romani stores?
At the moment it is not possible.
How many payment methods can I use to settle my purchase?
Only ONE.
If I chose to pay by Credit Card and want to change my payment method?
We recommend you send an email to the address are.romani@gmail.com
requesting the cancellation of your order, and you must place
a new order with the desired payment method.
Can I buy and have the merchandise sent to another address
other than the one I registered?
YES, you just have to send us an email, tell us that it will
be sent to another address to which you register at the address are.romani@gmail.com.
How can I Cancel an order?
You just have to request cancellation by sending an email to the
address are.romani@gmail.com
Note: Orders can only be canceled as long as they have not been
shipped.
Can I pay with my bank credit card in months without interest?
Yes we have payment in months without interest.
If I am not at home, can someone else receive my order?
The merchandise will be delivered to the indicated address to
the person present at that time, showing official identification
(IFE, valid Passport or Professional ID).
If I want a refund or replacement for the product I purchased,
what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace
the item at no additional cost for your peace of mind. Please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if
you meet the following criteria:
Items are defective: damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.
Packages that are lost in transit.
